Senior Production Planner (Seafood)

Role Overview

This position is focused on building a detailed production schedule for seafood operations using sales forecasts and confirmed orders. The planner will help maximize the use of processing and packing equipment, keep the plan under control throughout the cycle, and coordinate updates with the relevant teams whenever changes are needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Create workable daily and weekly plans that satisfy as many operational needs as possible.
• Drive full utilization of processing and packing machines, aiming for 100% efficiency.
• Reduce non-conformance and avoid concessions by ensuring all plans follow standard operating procedures and internal standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP-based environments is essential.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in SAP R/3, ideally within an FMCG setting.
• Good communication ability in both English and Arabic is needed.
