Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for special hires to shape, launch, and improve new systems, tools, and business processes that support the company’s next phase of growth. This role sits at the point where business strategy meets technical delivery, with responsibility for converting high-level goals into practical, measurable outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Work with leadership and department heads to define the direction for new tools and solutions that contribute to business results.
- Turn strategic priorities into concrete product initiatives that balance technical feasibility with business needs.
- Manage the product journey end to end, including discovery, requirements, release, rollout into business operations, and ongoing improvement.
- Act as the connection between business stakeholders and technical teams to keep communication clear, aligned, and transparent throughout the process.
- Review current workflows, spot opportunities for automation, and introduce solutions that improve efficiency.
- Partner with business analysts, designers, and engineers across functions, while also being able to independently manage specialized projects or specific product stages when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a fast-moving digital or technology-focused environment, with clear delivery outcomes.
- A strong record of analyzing business processes, improving operations, and supporting digital transformation.
- Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data.
- Good judgment around when a problem needs a build-versus-buy or build-versus-process solution.
- Hands-on experience creating automation to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.
- Ability to use no-code or low-code tools for early prototypes and testing assumptions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align different stakeholders.
- Highly self-directed, well organized, and comfortable collaborating remotely across time zones.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Business Analysis experience is an advantage.
Hiring Process
