Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

About the Role

This is a senior consulting opportunity focused on Oracle Hyperion and Oracle EPM Cloud delivery for a Hyderabad-based assignment. The role calls for deep, hands-on expertise across planning, profitability, reconciliation, integrations, reporting, and production support in enterprise EPM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring a bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• Use 10+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion and Oracle EPM Cloud projects, covering both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Lead end-to-end migrations from Hyperion Planning on-premise to Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS.
• Configure Oracle EPM Cloud Planning components such as cubes, dimensions, metadata, security, business rules, calculation logic, forms, and task lists.
• Work on Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management, including allocation structures, allocation drivers, and cost flow modelling.
• Set up and support Account Reconciliation Cloud Service processes and reconciliation workflows.
• Implement Workforce Planning in EPBCS, including headcount, compensation, benefits, driver-based planning, and allocation scenarios.
• Manage data movement and migration using EPM Automate, Data Management, and Data Exchange across implementation cycles.
• Develop reporting and analysis solutions using Smart View and Oracle Financial Reporting or Narrative Reporting.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production go-live readiness for Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud or comparable integration tools for system connectivity.
• Build and maintain REST API-based automations and integrations.
• Improve performance through tuning and optimisation of Oracle EPM Cloud environments.
• Apply Oracle EPM Cloud certification in Planning or EPM as a strong advantage.
• Deliver with a strong execution mindset and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders confidently.
• Use strong analytical thinking to solve problems efficiently.
• Maintain a quality-focused, organised, and detail-oriented working style.
• Work independently while also coordinating smoothly with internal teams and external vendors.
• Be available to join immediately.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Com in Account and Finance or a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialisation, with the relevant experience outlined for the role.
