Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions in commercial excellence, focusing on pricing, sales, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives for diverse clients.
• Leverage expertise in Machine Learning and Statistics to design innovative pricing, marketing, and sales strategies across industries such as mobility, industrials, consumer goods, and financial services.
• Apply Operational Research techniques to solve business optimization challenges.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating actionable recommendations.
• Lead transformations focused on aligning strategy, pricing, and market approaches with evolving customer demands.
• Drive front-office transformations targeting sales, service, and marketing enhancements, optimizing commercial models and customer engagement.
• Support digital transformation by integrating innovative technologies and agile methods into client growth plans.
• Utilize data analytics and AI to identify growth opportunities, personalize offerings, and enhance pricing and revenue optimization.
• Work across multiple sectors including B2B, B2C, software, and life sciences to resolve commercial challenges.
• Conduct deep analytical work using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
• Manage complete workstreams within projects from data collection and analysis to insight generation, presentation development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to business development by offering data-driven insights for proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Participate actively in the development of the Singapore office.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting with top-tier organizations.
• Strong passion and understanding of strategy and management consulting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective and concise communication abilities.
• Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
• Multilingual skills, with proficiency in at least two additional languages, are advantageous.
• Motivated to work hard and efficiently.
• Enthusiastic team player with customer-focused mindset.
• Flexible and willing to travel as needed.
• Interest in growth-related topics, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and sales, is preferred.
