Operational excellence and service delivery

  • Support the employee population through HR Operations while also helping evolve global processes and standards.
  • Provide dependable support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, system updates, international mobility, immigration, leave administration, and compliance aligned to global best practice.
  • Act as a key contact for complex employee and manager questions, resolving matters carefully and consistently.
  • Promote a unified HR Operations approach that favors globally aligned solutions over isolated regional practices.

Process and systems improvement

  • Work with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams across regions to maintain strong data quality and effective system workflows.
  • Spot process gaps and contribute to standardization and automation initiatives that can scale globally.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance work from a global perspective.

Cross-functional and global partnership

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and collaborate with HR Operations colleagues around the world.
  • Coordinate regularly with teams in the U.S., UK, and APJ to align on shared priorities.
  • Work with Finance, Legal, and Payroll to support accurate and compliant employee administration.

Global alignment and scaling

  • Help shape and improve global HR Operations standards and best practices.
  • Support international projects and wider initiatives as the business grows.
  • Encourage more connected ways of working and help reduce siloed processes.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services, along with a track record of working independently within a global HR structure. Experience partnering across regions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority is important, as is a detail-focused, process-driven approach. Familiarity with EMEA, U.S., and/or APJ environments is preferred, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
