Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to enhance and evolve the brand's visual identity by balancing established guidelines with creative innovation.
• Design and produce high-quality digital creative assets for websites, social media, campaigns, events, and community programs tailored to Web3 audiences.
• Create content optimized for crypto platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram by understanding their specific community behaviors and preferences.
• Develop visuals influenced by current trends, meme culture, and digital movements, while preserving brand professionalism and authenticity.
• Stay informed about new trends in design, technology, and Web3 to swiftly adjust creative strategies and deliver relevant content.
• Establish efficient creative workflows, oversee design projects, and coordinate collaborations with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Manage and organize digital creative assets, templates, and scalable design systems facilitating global company growth.
• Lead the visual design for conferences, industry events, and community initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and community teams to maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• More than 5 years of leadership experience in graphic design with a portfolio highlighting expertise in digital-first design.
• Preferred experience in designing for the Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, technology, or other innovative digital sectors.
• Strong knowledge of crypto-native culture, meme trends, and familiarity with platforms such as Crypto Twitter (CT).
• Proficient in key design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to efficiently generate high-caliber design assets under evolving priorities and strict deadlines.
• Experience in creating scalable design systems, templates, and maintaining organized asset libraries.
• Proven competence in managing creative workflows and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Excellent visual storytelling capabilities enabling the transformation of complex concepts into engaging and approachable designs.
• A creative mindset, high attention to detail, and the willingness to experiment while preserving brand cohesion.
