Overview
Cognizant, a leader in enabling modern business transformation across industries, is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in embedded C unit testing. This role is based in Pune, India, and requires working onsite in the office for five days a week. The position is suited for candidates with over five years of experience and at a senior or managerial level.
Responsibilities and Required Skills
- Perform unit testing and test automation on embedded C codebases.
- Develop and execute test cases ensuring software quality and reliability.
- Utilize tools such as VectorCast and Tessy for test automation purposes.
- Apply programming expertise in Embedded C and C language environments.
- Leverage scripting skills, particularly with Python and CAPL, for test development and automation.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with automotive communication protocols including CAN, UDS, Transport Protocol, and ISOs such as ISO 14229 and ISO-TP.
- Familiarity with test bench setup and automotive diagnostics tools including Vector Tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, NeoVI, and CANdiva.
- Knowledge of vehicle network testing and related automotive diagnostic procedures.
Working Conditions
Location: Pune, India.
Workdays: Monday to Friday, on-site.
