Role Overview

The Happiness Company is seeking a Senior Content Creator positioned at the crossroads of strategic planning, engaging storytelling, and hands-on content production. This is a direct hire role reporting to Jonny Dodge, Group CEO of The Happiness Group, who is also a prominent personal brand with over half a million Instagram followers. The successful candidate will steer the social media depiction for Jonny Dodge's personal brand along with three luxury enterprises: My Ocean (specializing in superyacht charters and sales), YourSky (private jet charter), and GP Management (focused on F1 hospitality and luxury events). The primary objective is expanding audiences, generating millions of views, and creating captivating content that halts user scrolling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for Jonny Dodge’s brand and all entities within The Happiness Group.
• Spot and harness emerging social media trends early to rapidly design relevant content.
• Handle full-cycle short-form video production including conceptualization, filming, directing, and editing.
• Establish and maintain a content flow that regularly achieves multi-million view counts, supported by measurable data.
• Translate luxurious experiences aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals into engaging, widely appealing content.
• Create and uphold an efficient, replicable content production system for multiple brands without compromising quality or delivery speed.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable history of producing content that garners millions of views, supported by concrete evidence.
• Thorough knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms and expertise in designing viral content intentionally.
• Proficiency as a full-stack creator encompassing idea generation, filming, and editing without relying on external help.
• Preferred experience in luxury or lifestyle content, especially related to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Capability to work independently in dynamic, high-travel settings.
• On-camera presence is advantageous but not mandatory.
