What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within construction or engineering.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial negotiation methods.
• Solid analytical ability, sound judgement, and a structured approach to solving problems.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving, team-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
• Hands-on proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
