Senior Chief Manager

Job Overview

The Senior Chief Manager will support the Senior Financial Analyst in crafting and implementing the Operating Plan for Head Office (HO) functions. This role includes evaluating and reporting on the HO functions' performance and initiatives to the management team via monthly scorecards and dashboards enhanced with recommendations and data analytics. Maintenance of budgets through the I Proc and BEAS systems is an ongoing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and tracking the Annual Operating Plan and five-year strategic plan for Operations, IT, and other HO departments.
• Analyze trends of major expenditures to inform the operating plan aligned with the company's profitability goals.
• Design plan models and scenarios supporting profitability expectations while ensuring flexible and efficient template creation to shorten turnaround times.
• Prepare functional scorecards and dashboards summarizing monthly performance reports for various HO functions.
• Monitor expenses versus plans, identify areas of concern and expense anomalies, recommend optimization actions to respective functions.
• Engage regularly with HO functions to review process costs, understand components, and jointly work towards desired productivity outcomes.
• Track budget availability and consumption within I Proc and BEAS, highlight shortages, ensure proper approvals for unbudgeted expenses, and update systems according to management priorities.
