The Senior Business Analyst is accountable not only for the tasks explicitly detailed but also for any additional assignments delegated by higher management. • Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Credit and Loan Origination processes, encompassing both Traditional and Digital platforms with full lifecycle understanding.
• Experience working with Risk and Credit Policies, Strategy formulation, Decisions, and Scoring Models.
• Proficient in advanced analytical thinking and conceptual reasoning.
• Adept at influencing diverse stakeholders to collaboratively establish acceptable solutions.
• Mandatory understanding and application of Decision Harvesting Workbook (DHW) best practices.
• Strong documentation skills complemented by familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and Smart Draw.
• Experienced in generating comprehensive reports and impactful presentations.
• Essential knowledge of JSON data format.
• Prior involvement in FICO Business Rule Engine (BRE) projects.
• Lead efforts in gathering and documenting requirements crucial for credit and loan origination systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills combined with a strategic analytical mindset.
• Capability to mentor and manage teams effectively with a proven track record in project leadership.
