As a Senior Business Analyst in the General Insurance technology group, you'll support key transformation and improvement ventures involving complex systems and platforms. Collaborating within agile cross-functional teams, your technical expertise and insurance knowledge will be instrumental in spearheading the definition and delivery of solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and definition of business and functional requirements for multifaceted technology projects.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, validate, and refine requirements.
• Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, specifications, and functional design documents.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure solution robustness.
• Support testing phases, deployment, and continuous optimisation of system modifications.
• Champion process improvements and contribute actively to continuous delivery practices within agile squads.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Substantial experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex IT settings.
• In-depth understanding of insurance domain areas such as underwriting, claims processing, or policy administration systems.
• Proven track record delivering enhancements involving integrations, workflow optimizations, and user interface adjustments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of agile methodologies including backlog grooming, user story creation, and sprint meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
