Overview
Join FNB Namibia as a Self-Service Device (SSD) Custodian based at our Southern Area Office in Keetmanshoop. This role involves managing the cash and operational integrity of ATMs and ADTs while ensuring high standards of service and security. You will contribute to maintaining excellent customer support and operational excellence in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by following quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to statutory, legislative, policy, and governance guidelines relevant to cash and device custody processes.
- Manage and replenish cash in ATM and ADT devices, taking full responsibility for assigned units.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring all tasks comply with defined quality standards.
- Minimize monetary discrepancies in ATMs and ADTs as reflected on the business unit’s General Ledger.
- Meet Balanced Scorecard profit goals related to self-service devices according to business objectives.
- Manage costs effectively, including mobile phone expenses, vehicle use, and overtime expenses.
- Deliver prompt support and after-hours assistance on a 7-day standby schedule as per Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain device availability with a target uptime of 98% based on ATM/ADT reporting and benchmarks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of Grade 12 (high school certificate).
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar operational or custodian role.
