Scrum Master

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives, guide Scrum teams, and ensure the effective execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder interaction skills, and the ability to drive continuous team enhancements.

Key Duties

• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Mentor teams to adopt and excel in Agile and Scrum practices.
• Remove blockers and support teams in achieving sprint objectives.
• Promote collaboration among development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and team performance metrics.
• Champion ongoing Agile improvements and adoption throughout the company.

Essential Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Capability to effectively coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders concurrently.
• Proficient in Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.

Certifications

• Possession of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or comparable Agile certification is required.

Experience

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience functioning as a Scrum Master within Agile project environments.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any discipline, or equivalent bachelor's qualifications such as B.C.A. or B.Sc. in any specialization.
