Job Overview

The role of the School Photographer involves capturing vivid, high-quality images reflecting the school's vibrant community, including students, staff, and events. Key Responsibilities

• Photograph students, faculty, and school occasions such as sports functions, cultural festivals, annual celebrations, and classroom moments with high clarity and professionalism.
• Coordinate with school administration and teachers to effectively schedule photography sessions.
• Edit and enhance images using professional software to deliver polished final products.
• Organize and maintain a structured digital archive of school photographs for easy access and preservation.
• Work closely with the marketing department to provide images for the school’s website, social media outlets, newsletters, and other promotional content.
• Adhere strictly to the school's policies concerning privacy and consent in photography.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of photography equipment.
• Contribute ideas and creative input towards visual branding and school-related projects.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience as a photographer, preferentially with a background in school or event photography.
• Proficient in handling professional photography gear and editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in portrait, candid, and event photography.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and effective time management.
