Key Responsibilities

• Manage upkeep, appearance, and security of the site facilities while complying with health and safety standards.
• Identify and communicate significant faults or problems to the designated supervisor.
• Coordinate all TPI (Third Party Inspection) appointments and facilitate access to facilities as required.
• Foster and maintain positive interactions with all building users to ensure a harmonious environment.
