Job Role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Scaffolder located in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibility is to assemble, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures adhering strictly to project guidelines and safety protocols. Daily duties include interpreting technical drawings, accurately measuring and cutting materials, assembling scaffold components securely, and conducting thorough visual inspections to guarantee structural integrity.

The role requires close collaboration with site supervisors and other construction trades to facilitate ongoing site activities. Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace and promptly reporting potential hazards or issues with equipment are critical to this position. Adherence to all safety measures and consistent use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the safe construction, adjustment, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
• Skilled in working at height, including the proper use of fall protection gear and protocols.
• Experience operating in confined spaces while following the requisite safety procedures.
• Possession of valid CSCS certification or a comparable construction safety qualification.
• Previous scaffold work experience on construction or industrial sites.
• Physically fit with the capacity to lift and carry materials and operate on ladders or elevated platforms for prolonged durations.
• Familiarity with local and international safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical blueprints and instructions.
