SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with practical expertise in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions. The role involves handling preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance with a focus on equipment and functional location management, maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and integration with SAP modules like MM, PP, QM, and EAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain SAP PM module according to organizational needs.
• Lead or participate in SAP PM end-to-end implementations, rollouts, ongoing support, and upgrades.
• Handle maintenance master data configuration including Functional Locations, Equipment, Bill of Materials, Task Lists, and Measuring Points & Counters.
• Oversee configuration and management of Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Strategies, and Scheduling.
• Support various maintenance operations such as breakdown, preventive, predictive, corrective, calibration, refurbishment, and shutdown activities.
• Analyze root causes and troubleshoot SAP PM related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance, and production support.
• Draft detailed functional specifications and liaise with ABAP developers for system enhancements.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and create necessary documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced professionals with 4 to 10 years in SAP PM roles.
• Individuals currently serving their notice period or available immediately are preferred.
