SAP FICO Consultant

Job Overview

This role involves working extensively with the SAP FICO module, focusing on implementation, support, and integration activities. Candidates must provide technical solutions aligned with client requirements and handle production systems effectively with timely stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned workloads ensuring timely delivery in line with service level agreements.
• Support implementation and daily operations of SAP FICO and its submodules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Develop and update technical documentation as required.
• Provide integration solutions connecting SAP FI with other modules and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure solutions comply with security and data governance standards.

Experience and Skills

• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, roll-out, or support projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in customizing, configuring, and testing various SAP FICO components including electronic bank reconciliation, asset accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficient in SAP's integration with MM, SD, and PS modules, including custom developments and report creation.
• Knowledge of profitability analysis, product costing (CO and PA), and overseas project experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is preferred.
