Job Overview

The Salon Floor Manager role involves overseeing the everyday functions of the salon, guiding the team, ensuring top-notch client service, hitting sales goals, maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth salon activities.

Key Duties

Oversee the daily functioning of the salon.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the salon staff.
Meet monthly sales and revenue objectives.
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
Address customer complaints with professionalism.
Coordinate client appointments and staff shifts.
Manage inventory levels and stock control.
Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Generate daily and monthly operational reports.
