Job Summary
This full-time Salesforce Developer position is based in Bangalore, India and requires over 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across various clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with Revenue Cloud knowledge being a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Create engaging user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Dynamic Forms, and Visualforce.
- Write custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulable Apex, flows, and approval processes, adhering to Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Ensure robust testing by authoring test classes and methods for code coverage prior to deployment.
- Design and execute REST and SOAP API integrations, preferably utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) middleware for real-time external data exchange.
- Implement Salesforce security frameworks including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls to comply with standards.
- Manage code deployments and version control using tools such as Change Sets, GitHub, VS Code, and DevOps Centre, following continuous integration and delivery cycles.
- Collaborate across teams to gather functional requirements, propose solutions, and facilitate successful releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform experience with strong expertise in Lightning (LWC & Aura), Apex, Visualforce, and Dynamic Forms.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud; Field Service Lightning (FSL) familiarity is advantageous.
- Competency in building diverse Salesforce flows following best practices.
- Proficiency with Salesforce security models and crafting REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Strong skills in SOQL/SOSL querying and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD methodologies, Agile/Scrum delivery environments, and DevOps centre.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; additional certifications like Platform Developer II, Administrator, AI Associate, and Agent Force Specialist are desirable.
