Position Overview
This opportunity is offered through a partner organization seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Director based in the United States. The role is pivotal in establishing and expanding the operational backbone of a rapidly growing sales division.
The selected individual will be responsible for crafting the systems, workflows, and data frameworks that enhance sales team efficiency and support predictable expansion of revenue streams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, framework, and growth of the go-to-market technology infrastructure to support present and future business expansion.
- Create and manage scalable systems integrating CRM, sales platforms, routing tools, analytics, and revenue technologies.
- Assess entire sales and partner procedures to detect inefficiencies and enhance team productivity by removing obstacles.
- Develop optimized procedures to improve management of leads, pipeline visibility, forecasting precision, and revenue delivery.
- Collaborate with analytics and data teams to ensure stable data pipelines and precise executive reporting.
- Construct dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting systems to offer leadership actionable insights regarding pipeline and conversion trends.
- Bridge operations strategically between Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or comparable operational leadership capacities.
- Background working within B2B SaaS, fintech, or similarly fast-growing technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce encompassing architecture, customization, process optimization, CPQ solutions, and lead routing.
- Comprehensive understanding of revenue technology ecosystems and business process engineering.
- Proven competency in analyzing complex datasets and converting pipeline metrics to executive insights.
- Experience in designing scalable processes, establishing documentation, and creating operational frameworks from initial stages.
- Expertise in maintaining data accuracy, reporting structures, system integrations, and operational analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder and senior executive collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to influence decision-makers, challenge existing assumptions, and guide change.
