Role Responsibilities
- Handle closing sales and follow-up communications with customers using WhatsApp through the WeightWise system.
- Maintain and update detailed records including call notes, customer feedback, and subsequent action steps in the tracking sheets for each lead.
- Make proactive outbound calls during specified calling windows to ensure timely follow-up and maximize customer connections.
- Accurately record customer interest in the WeightWise program within the tracking system.
- Optimize resource usage by focusing on meaningful conversations, understanding customer intent, building trust, and resolving objections effectively.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi, adapting language as per customer preference for better engagement.
