About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Vatva, Ahmedabad. This full-time position focuses on field sales of industrial products, including gearboxes, electric motors, and industrial machinery. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to building and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial clients, factories, manufacturing units, and dealers to promote company offerings.
• Develop new business through active field visits and lead generation efforts.
• Sell industrial gearboxes, motors, and related machinery to diverse customers.
• Establish and nurture solid relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products effectively.
• Prepare and present quotations while following up to close sales deals.
• Meet monthly sales goals and align with business targets.
• Conduct market research and keep track of competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain daily records of sales activities and customer visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt order processing and delivery fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possess experience in field sales or with industrial product sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of industrial gearboxes, motors, or machinery is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel within the designated territory.
• Excellent customer relationship management capabilities.
• Self-driven and focused on achieving targets.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Holding a valid driving license and owning a two-wheeler is preferred to facilitate field visits.
