Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead and expand our sales division. This pivotal role involves crafting strategic sales initiatives, fostering robust relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a consistent history of surpassing sales objectives and designing client-centric, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans aimed at reaching sales goals and broadening the customer base.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects.
• Maintain accurate client databases and monitor sales metrics.
• Generate and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is compulsory.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales roles such as Sales Officer or Sales Manager.
• Proven track record as a sales professional with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, effective time management, and goal-driven capabilities.
• Experience leading sales teams and developing client-oriented, distinctive, and feasible solutions.
• Strong abilities in listening, negotiation, and presenting.
