Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on finding and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing government and private-sector customers, and contributing to bidding and tender activities. It also requires preparing proposals and presentations, working closely with technical and project teams to align offerings with client needs, researching the market to monitor trends and competitors, and keeping accurate sales forecasts and reports. The position includes attending client meetings and site visits when required, and representing the company at industry events to strengthen visibility and support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales approaches designed to meet revenue and performance goals.
- Spot and follow up on new business prospects across the market.
- Develop dependable relationships with clients and important stakeholders.
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Review market movements, competitor actions, and customer demand.
- Draft proposals, support contract discussions, and help secure closures.
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Offer guidance and support to team members when needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
- Between 3 and 5 years of hands-on sales experience is expected.
- A clear track record of meeting targets and generating revenue is necessary.
- Strong spoken and written communication, presentation, and client-handling skills are important.
- Solid negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills are needed.
- Capability to study market trends and shape effective sales plans is essential.
- Background in construction, facilities management, or government projects is a significant plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in both Arabic and English.
