About the Role
We are seeking graduate candidates for the role of CASA Sales Executive within the banking sector. This position focuses on acquiring new customers for Current and Savings Accounts through daily field visits and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Current and Savings Account customers.
- Conduct field visits and interact with clients on a daily basis.
- Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and maintain reporting standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Age between 21 and 28 years.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹2.16 Lakhs, equating to ₹18,000 per month.
- In-hand monthly salary: ₹15,000.
- Performance-based incentives can go up to ₹60,000 per month.
- Additional benefits include Health Insurance, ESIC, and Provident Fund.
