Role Overview

The company seeks a driven Sales Executive who enjoys engaging with customers, managing leads, and closing sales. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 3 years of sales experience in Dubai aiming to advance within a rapidly expanding automotive brand.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Perform cold calls targeting potential clients and business collaborators.
• Transform inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
• Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
• Generate daily and weekly sales performance reports.
• Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Promote company services including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Window Tinting, Graphene Coating, and Car Detailing.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with car dealerships, fleet operators, rental agencies, and corporate accounts.
• Assist marketing efforts and promotional campaigns when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of sales experience within Dubai.
• Experience operating CRM software effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Confidence handling inbound, outbound, and cold calls.
• Strong follow-up skills and customer relationship management expertise.
• Proficient with basic computer applications including Excel, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in marketing or social media is advantageous.
