Role overview
Globaltize is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting for a tech-enabled handwritten direct mail service. The company helps businesses break through digital clutter and create real connections through handwritten letters and notes produced by people rather than automated fonts or machines. Since 2010, the service has supported pipeline generation, dormant lead reactivation, customer relationship building, and referral growth.
Work schedule
This is a full-time remote role with flexible overlap with U.S. working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Research and maintain focused prospect lists using tools such as Amplemarket, HubSpot, Apollo, Claude, LinkedIn, and related lead-generation platforms.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other personalized outbound channels.
- Identify the right decision-makers who match the company’s ideal customer profile.
- Assess lead quality and buying readiness before arranging meetings.
- Secure qualified sales appointments and keep the opportunity pipeline moving steadily.
- Log outreach, conversations, and lead progress accurately in HubSpot CRM.
- Run follow-up cadences and continue nurturing prospects across several touchpoints.
- Partner with leadership to improve targeting, messaging, and outreach methods.
- Keep complete records and reporting on lead-generation activity and outcomes.
- Work consistently toward appointment-setting and activity targets.
Required experience and skills
- At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales development, or outbound prospecting.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a polished and confident phone manner.
- Hands-on experience with cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and similar outbound prospecting methods.
- Comfort using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or comparable platforms.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and experience speaking professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to uncover business pain points and qualify opportunities.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and diligent about follow-up and activity tracking.
- Self-directed and effective in a remote work setting.
- Driven by results and committed to improving output, productivity, and outreach quality.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
- Reliable internet service and a professional home office setup.
- Background selling professional services, consulting services, or other B2B solutions.
- Experience booking meetings with founders, owners, COOs, GMs, or other senior decision-makers.
- Prior work in KPI-based outbound sales roles with appointment-setting or pipeline-generation targets.

- Exposure to AI-powered sales and prospecting tools.
