- Utilize sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to discover leads, import contacts, and create effective outreach strategies.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective clients ranging from mid-market to enterprise levels, coordinating needed consultations and software demos for the Account Executive team.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and global Marketing and Demand Generation teams to optimize the sales pipeline continually.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and assist in updating ideal customer profiles quarterly with insights from the market and data analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year experience in corporate office or B2B sales environments or comparable experience handling business communications via phone and email.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a requirement; experience with tools like Outreach, Nooks, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with a strong proficiency in managing high-volume B2B outreach via telephone.
- Proven capability to work independently as the sole regional SDR while closely collaborating with a local sales team.
- Excellent organizational skills enabling multitasking and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
- A college degree is preferred, although significant relevant professional experience is respected equally.
Why Join Emburse?
