About the Company and Position
This opportunity is with Sagara Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The role available is Sales Coordinator focusing on Import & Export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new potential clients and engage them via telephone calls, email communications, face-to-face meetings, and networking events.
- Promote the company’s air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and overall logistics services to clients.
- Collaborate closely with operations and pricing departments to guarantee flawless shipment execution and service delivery.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
