Sales Associate

Overview

The Style Associate serves as the brand ambassador in retail stores, committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, assisting with sales growth, and ensuring seamless daily operations through customer focus, sales proficiency, flexibility, and teamwork.

Key Duties

• Recognize customer preferences to suggest appropriate jewelry items and efficiently manage inquiries while escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product ranges, demonstrating their features, advantages, and competitive edge to customers.
• Communicate product value persuasively to support store sales goals and stay informed about new collections and promotions.
• Adapt to diverse shift schedules and be willing to transfer within the cluster area based on business requirements, demonstrating punctuality and readiness to undertake extra responsibilities.
• Support senior associates in processing store deliveries, handling online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, attractive, and compliant with company presentation standards, while actively participating in theft prevention adhering to protocols.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and store standard operating procedures to maintain operational excellence.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure smooth store functions and contribute to team success.
• Exhibit sound judgment and sensitivity when resolving customer concerns while upholding brand values.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate, or HSC with retail experience, or SSC with two years retail experience.
• Age requirement: Between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive, energetic outlook.
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
