Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant at COBS Bread, you will be passionate about freshness and delivering an exceptional bakery experience. Share your enthusiasm for our delicious, fluffy baked goods with our loyal customers. No prior experience is required—just bring a positive attitude and a readiness to learn.

Daily Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with repeat patrons.
• Manage product merchandising and effectively support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist in baking preparations as needed, gaining hands-on baking skills.

Candidate Profile

• Committed to providing warm and friendly customer interactions.
• Positive mindset and approachable personality.
• Reliable, self-driven, and eager to acquire new skills.
• Team-oriented and enjoys engaging with others.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash or electronic payments is advantageous.

Physical Demands

• Extended periods on feet, involving standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Constant use of both hands for various tasks.
• Regular lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, bending, reaching below shoulder level, and turning.
• Occasional lifting up to 22 kg, including pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder height.
