Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M's Mysore Forum Mall store, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer journey. Your responsibilities include warmly welcoming customers, assisting them in exploring our products, and ensuring they find what meets their needs, all while embodying the company’s values to foster both individual and company success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable guidance about fashion and product details to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Keep the sales areas and stock rooms well-organized, sufficiently stocked, and inviting.
- Participate in store opening and closing activities.
- Maintain a positive representation of yourself and the H&M brand in all customer interactions.
Work Environment
You will be part of a vibrant store team including various roles such as Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers, all working collaboratively to create a welcoming shopping environment. The role also involves cooperation with the wider area team to share insights and collectively drive store success.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related sectors is preferred.
