Role Overview

As a Runner, your main responsibility is to transport food and beverages efficiently between the kitchen, bar, and guests. You will ensure the smooth flow of service, supporting the team proactively and interacting with guests to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes and drinks promptly and precisely between stations and customers.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and bartenders to maintain seamless service.
• Stay aware of orders being prepared to facilitate timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, stations, and serving trays to meet Le Café LPM standards.
• Engage naturally with guests by greeting them, checking on their needs, pouring water, and suggesting refills without prompting.
• Identify and communicate any issues promptly to the serving staff.
• Contribute positively to team spirit and cohesion with energy and collaboration.

Candidate Profile

• No previous experience necessary; enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and teamwork mindset are highly valued.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or other European languages is an advantage.
