Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial roofing projects involving new constructions and replacements
• Work across multiple roofing technologies such as Metal Roofing, Warm Roofing, Membrane systems, Kingspan, and Cladding
• Coordinate workforce, manage materials, and schedule activities to ensure project timelines are met
• Provide training and mentorship to apprentices while fostering a positive team environment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and site management

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a roofer, builder, or carpenter with demonstrated leadership skills, preferably with three or more years in the role
• Commercial roofing experience is advantageous
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset
• Flexible and motivated to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship
