Role Overview

The company is hiring Retention Specialists to work onsite in Dubai Internet City. The role focuses on developing and sustaining strong connections with existing clients by understanding their trading requirements and delivering superior support to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. The company welcomes both experienced candidates and those new to the field, offering a comprehensive one-week paid professional training program to ensure success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients.
• Connect with clients using phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote continuous client engagement and long-term retention.
• Support clients with account-related questions and platform navigation.
• Follow up with dormant clients to boost retention efforts.
• Accurately log customer data into the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
• Strive to meet personal and team performance goals.
• Consistently deliver professional and attentive customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English and one of the specified languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Positive attitude combined with eagerness to learn.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on targets.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Retention, Forex, CFD, or Financial Services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training is provided.
