We have partnered with over 70 brands spanning supplements, wellness, beauty, apparel, fragrances, food, jewelry, and outdoor products.

Role Overview

We seek a motivated marketer eager to focus on retention marketing within ecommerce. Prior experience in email marketing is not mandatory, as training on key platforms like Klaviyo and Omnisend, along with email marketing strategy and automation, will be provided. However, excellent copywriting skills are critical. As a retention marketer, you will handle both strategic planning and content creation: you will research brands and their customers, develop campaign ideas, design customer journeys, and write full email and SMS messaging independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of each brand's products, market position, customers, competitors, and tone of voice
• Analyze customer motivations, objections, purchase behavior, and common inquiries
• Design campaigns involving email and SMS, including automated customer journey flows
• Create campaign concepts, including hooks, messaging angles, and promotional offers
• Write comprehensive email and SMS copy, covering subject lines, headlines, main text, and calls to action
• Provide creative direction for designers and evaluate completed creative assets
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure punctual campaign and automation delivery
• Review campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement and experiments
• Gradually take responsibility for managing multiple client accounts independently

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 6 years of experience in marketing disciplines such as copywriting, content creation, social media, paid ads, branding, or ecommerce marketing
• Hold an MBA, PGDM, or a similarly relevant postgraduate qualification
• Demonstrate excellent command of written English and persuasive copywriting skills
• Understand marketing fundamentals including effective hooks, offers, customer psychology, and brand voice
• Display the ability to interpret product details and customer insights into compelling marketing communication
• Have strong research capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and data analysis skills
• Be comfortable interpreting and working with marketing performance metrics
• Exhibit great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines consistently
• Be a quick learner who welcomes feedback and takes initiative

Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify), email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp), though advantageous, is not essential.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position located entirely onsite in Bhopal. Candidates must either reside in Bhopal or be ready to relocate. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a brief practical marketing and copywriting task as part of the selection process.
