Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member based in Kyogle, New South Wales, your role is vital in ensuring store excellence through tasks including merchandising, stock management, and precise handling of transactions. You will contribute significantly to store operations while delivering exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager by supporting daily retail operations effectively.

• Exhibit flexibility by working across weekend and overnight shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer service environments is advantageous.
• Competency in operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members.
• Availability to work a seven-day roster, including overnight and weekend shifts.
