Retail Supervisor / Key Holder

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor / Key Holder to join our store in Berlin Mitte. This role involves taking responsibility, shaping a vibrant team, and partnering with management to drive store success.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, supporting the team to meet targets collaboratively.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, staff scheduling, and onboarding new team members.
• Engage actively on the sales floor to provide excellent customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Serve as a role model and contact person for the team, contributing ideas to improve store performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally in Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar positions.
• Enthusiasm for sales, fashion, and working with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain composure on busy days.
• Team-oriented mindset, self-starter attitude, and practical, hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in German; English language skills are an advantage.
