Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive at HunyHuny Overseas, your primary responsibility is to assist parents by demonstrating premium baby and maternity products and managing billing processes within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and support walk-in customers in selecting appropriate baby and maternity items.
• Showcase features and benefits of merchandise such as cribs, strollers, and maternity wear to potential buyers.
• Encourage additional purchases by effectively upselling and striving to meet monthly sales targets.
• Manage billing operations including POS transactions, cash register handling, and counter billing accurately.
• Ensure the store environment is clean and well-organized, including maintaining visual displays and controlling stock levels.
• Address customer questions, provide assistance, and coordinate simple after-sales services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of completing 12th grade.
• Previous experience in retail or fundamental computer literacy.
• Strong verbal communication skills coupled with an affable and approachable demeanor, especially toward parents.
• Flexible availability to work in retail shifts, including weekends.
