Role Overview

The Retail Sales Associate role is focused on delivering an excellent in-store experience, supporting sales goals, and keeping the store running smoothly in line with brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a consistently strong customer experience in the store while following PUMA’s brand values and service expectations.
• Use effective service and strong personal performance to meet or surpass sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
• Handle checkout transactions accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Keep the store neat, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of merchandise as needed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, core operational standards, and accountabilities.
• Help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both staff and shoppers.
• Be available for non-standard working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail setting, ideally in apparel or footwear.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and contributing positively to group efforts.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt fast.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Compensation and Benefits

The base hourly pay range for this position is $18.25 to $21.25, plus benefits. Pay may differ based on role-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
