Role Overview

The Senior Sales Associate helps the store deliver strong results across sales, productivity, and customer service. The role uses Coach selling techniques and service training to meet personal performance goals while consistently providing a high-quality client experience. You will act as a visible representative of the brand and work to ensure customer expectations are not only met, but surpassed.

Key Duties

  • Availability to work a flexible roster based on business needs, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Interest in learning live-stream shopping methods, product presentation, feature and benefit demonstrations, and short-form video work with a social selling team.
  • Awareness of social media and current trends across major platforms.
  • Ability to encourage customer sign-ups for brand marketing and clienteling communications to support repeat business and loyalty.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Strong command of English for EU-based applicants.

Schedule
