Role overview
This opportunity is for a senior retail leader to take charge of the company’s retail and commercial function in Saudi Arabia. The position is designed for someone who can steer growth, improve profitability, and strengthen day-to-day execution across the business.
What you will lead
The role covers the full spectrum of retail and commercial performance, from store operations to broader commercial planning. You will be expected to guide the business across physical stores, online channels, and external brand collaborations.
Key focus areas
- Own the overall P&L and drive financial performance.
- Manage operations across multiple stores with a strong focus on consistency and efficiency.
- Shape retail, merchandising, and commercial strategy to support expansion.
- Improve inventory planning and stock optimisation.
- Negotiate with vendors and build effective commercial partnerships.
- Support growth across e-commerce, omnichannel, and brand partnership initiatives.
Must-have background
The business is specifically seeking candidates with deep recent experience in non-food retail and a clear track record of progression into senior leadership. The ideal profile will have current responsibility for a retail business unit and experience in premium consumer categories such as beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, gifting, or premium lifestyle retail.

Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of recent experience in retail, limited to non-food categories.
- At least 5 years of current experience leading a retail business unit.
- Recent work experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, gifting, or premium lifestyle retail.
- Demonstrated ownership of full P&L responsibility.
- Strong track record in managing multi-store retail operations.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce and omnichannel retail models.
- Exposure to brand partnership development and vendor negotiations.
- Practical experience in inventory control and merchandising strategy.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
