About the Role
Join Woolworths Group as a Retail Assistant focused on replenishment at our Kerikeri, Northland location. You'll play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring product availability, directly improving the shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer service to enhance overall shopping satisfaction.
- Assist daily store operations by responding to customer needs with attentiveness.
- Maintain attractive and organized store displays to meet high standards of presentation.
- Engage with customers personally, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly to build loyalty.
- Keep product shelves well-stocked, focusing on essential items and fresh foods, while ensuring proper stock rotation and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, including store cleanliness and organization.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures, report potential hazards, and comply with company and legal policies.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service, aiming to build strong customer relationships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills enabling positive team and customer interactions.
- Strong integrity and commitment to professional conduct aligned with company values.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues when necessary.
- Flexible availability to work shifts between 4:30 PM and 6:30 AM, including overnight roster options.
Work Schedule
Four consecutive overnight shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM spanning Wednesday through Sunday, depending on roster assignment.
