Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly attitude consistently.
• Provide timely, courteous, and accurate service to every guest.
• Handle straightforward customer questions and escalate complex issues to management.
• Ensure food preparation, storage, and kitchen areas meet health, safety, and audit regulations.
• Perform and document regular temperature checks following company guidelines.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks according to set schedules.
• Uphold standards related to product quality, service efficiency, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Adhere to restaurant operation protocols and follow directions from shift managers.
• Stay informed of restaurant goals and contribute to achieving targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in operational and kitchen areas, including restocking supplies.
• Promptly report any workplace incidents such as near misses, injuries, or illnesses.
• Follow safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Candidate Profile
