Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and energetic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy routine, physically engaging tasks. The role requires adapting to daily operational changes and working collaboratively within a small team. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, permanent, or seasonal employment based in the communities of Fernie, Sparwood, and Elkford. Candidates should be ready to start promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dusting, wiping, vacuuming, and floor washing duties
• Clean washrooms and kitchen areas thoroughly
• Change bed linens and maintain orderly environments
• Manage garbage disposal and recycling processes
• Secure properties and activate alarms as required
• Adhere to cleaning protocols and health and safety guidelines
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Self-driven with good decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented and attentive to cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks effectively
• Clear Criminal Record Check and valid Driver's Abstract
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Possess a valid BC Driver's License and dependable transportation
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous
