About the Team

Join the dynamic Renewals team within Cisco's Customer Success division, one of the fastest expanding and most diverse sales units. This team is dedicated to driving profitable growth by connecting customers to transformative Cisco technologies. It is known for its award-winning culture that encourages creativity, flexibility, and quick adaptation to market changes, while also contributing to community initiatives. The team works closely with Renewals Specialists, customers, partners, and various internal functions like sales, engineering, marketing, and operations. Engagement often begins a year prior to renewal to preemptively tackle technology challenges, reduce risks, and improve the customer experience, ensuring alignment with Customer Experience and recurring revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Cisco product and service renewal contracts, championing customer value and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and cross-functional Cisco teams to align strategies with client goals and mitigate renewal risks.
  • Analyze and optimize renewal processes to minimize financial losses and secure continued business growth.
  • Handle quote generation and contract negotiations to facilitate successful renewal agreements beneficial to both clients and Cisco.
  • Formulate strategies to win back inactive clients, thereby increasing retention and expanding assigned accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, particularly focused on renewals and customer success within Saudi Arabia.
  • At least five years working with partners across the MEA-TRC region, preferably with in-depth knowledge of the Saudi market.
  • Practical experience in customer engagement specific to Saudi Arabia.
  • Based in Riyadh with fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and sustain new business relationships.
  • Proven ability to create customer-centric value propositions and renewal plans that drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with Cisco's product suite including software subscriptions, support services, and networking solutions.
  • Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, legal, and operations teams.
  • Analytical skills with experience utilizing data insights to identify risks and opportunities in renewals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Holding relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or Six Sigma) is an advantage.
