Remote Videographer - Data and Motion Capture Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a US-based Data-Video Generalist to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This remote role involves capturing synchronized motion data and video recordings during physical activities to support sensor data collection efforts. The pay rate for this position is $13 per hour with an expected weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize compatible smartphones equipped with head straps to record first-person videos and capture motion data while performing assigned physical tasks.
• Ensure video footage aligns precisely with sensor data to facilitate accurate data analysis.
• Adhere strictly to detailed project guidelines to maintain quality and correct labeling of all submissions.
• Consistently meet weekly deadlines and deliver approved video recordings as per project schedules.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team about guidelines and procedures related to data collection.
• Complete necessary device checks and onboarding processes prior to commencing project activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have access to a compatible smartphone and a head strap for capturing first-person video footage.
• Demonstrable attention to detail and capability to follow standardized technical protocols accurately.
• Comfortable engaging in repetitive physical tasks while managing video recording operations via mobile devices.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong digital literacy skills.
