Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at builder or developer locations to promote and explain loan products.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and enhance brand recognition.
- Achieve monthly targets related to the sanction and disbursement of loan files.
- Ensure all legal, credit, and technical documentation for loan proposals are accurately completed and address customer inquiries promptly.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales roles, ideally with a background in mortgage sales.
